Hello friends, in this article, I will introduce the floating announcement plugin. Recently, I have installed the Continuous Announcement Scroll, with its English name. I had to use the plugin not on this site, but on another site that I am currently in the design phase, and when I used it there, I thought I would introduce it on my site. The plugin itself is extremely simple to use.
First of all, you can download our plugin from here. After activating the plugin, you can go to Settings»Continuous Announcement Scroller from your WordPress panel and adjust the settings of the plugin. As you can see in the picture below, there is the ‘id’ insertion part. You can think of each id as an announcement.
You can edit the order of the announcements you will add. There are no category restrictions. You can link the article you want with the title of the announcement you want. Some people want the announcement component to stop when hovering over it with the mouse. Unfortunately, this plugin does not provide such a thing for people who use it. Due to its name, the floating announcement plugin just slides, it doesn’t stop. However, you can change the scrolling speed of your announcements as you wish.
If you are done with the announcements, if you add the component of the plugin to the sidebar or footer of your site from the Appearance»Components section, we will be finished. You can also change the font colors of your announcements if you want. If you look at the sidebar of the site I will share below, you can see colorful announcements.
