Bogazici Institute offers both online and traditional education across a wide range of fields, focusing on professional and personal development. As the leading brand in online learning in Turkey, my relationship with Bogazici Institute began in 2019 when we started providing SEO services. Later that year, we agreed to develop an SEO course for the platform, and I set out to create a comprehensive curriculum in this exciting field.
Since December 2019, my SEO course has been live, featuring over 45 hours of video content and 100 lessons. It quickly became one of the top SEO training programs in the Turkish language. Building on this success, we later launched a second course, SEO Fundamentals. I became interested in SEO in 2013 after creating my personal website, where I wrote about topics like WordPress, self-development, technology, and life. It was then that I discovered SEO as a digital marketing channel for driving traffic to my site. Recognizing its potential, I decided to learn and develop my skills in SEO while still at university. I immersed myself in Turkish and English SEO blogs, forums, and videos and soon began to see results through organic traffic.
This learning journey took a significant step forward in March 2014, when I landed my first SEO client as a freelancer. As a university student, I dedicated more time to SEO, gaining practical experience and attracting new clients.
Over the years, my hands-on experience has grown considerably, and I have successfully managed more than 15 projects across industries such as e-commerce, tourism, B2B, and travel.
