About Content in General
Word Count and Low Value Sentences
Although we specify the lengths of our content in the boxes of our content details document, our biggest request from you is not to write unnecessary sentences. We give an estimated number of words, but if you cannot extend the text to the number of words we have given in a meaningful and beautiful way, please do not follow the number we have given. Keep it shorter and use it in other articles if there is a quotable word count.
We can say that this article is the most important article that we want to comply with. We certainly do not want low-meaning or high-quality sentences. The text should flow smoothly and be legible. We do not want more sentences and expressions than necessary in our articles.
Searching for Knowledge
While writing our content, we make a Google search for the reference content or keywords we have given first. Thanks to this search, we can come across qualified and identical articles. Taking care to do this for each topic, we pay attention to which topics the articles on the first page focus on. You can take an important step towards creating the best article by taking the topics of these competitors.
We do not want any technical or normal level information you add to the articles to be wrong. There is no problem that can be mistaken in a very heavy and technical issue. However, we certainly do not want information errors in things that can be detected by searching, not by simple research.
Accuracy of Information and Taking Initiative
We have added this article to this document because we have a lot of headaches on this subject. If you believe that you get information from a good site, don’t bother with assimilating and revising the information. Rewrite it. Because here, we can take the initiative and overturn information and witness nonsense sentences. It’s okay if you have a source of the information you get. It is enough to get our content by making a rewrite.
We are subject to our reference links (if any) or the first 3 Google results on the subject that your knowledge is not sufficient. While trying to add an external information, we waste a lot of time with the revision of the error to be made.

Compliance with Content Detail Document
This document consists of items that can be requested within the framework of our experience and general authorship. However, on top of that, we will have another document where we specify the details we want with which articles, with which sub-headings and style. We expect the details there to be followed (as the most basic part of our order).
Paragraph Length
When creating paragraphs, we pay attention to create a maximum of 150 words each. In this way, we create content that is divided and easy to read.

If possible, we pay attention to create itemized or numbered list data in the contents.
No Duplicate Content
Adding Style to Post
While writing our content, we format both our keywords (not all, a few) as well as our remarkable and important sentences in bold. Thus, we produce more suitable content in terms of readership and SEO optimization. Just like we did with this content.
Introduction, Development and Conclusion
- While writing a content, we do not hesitate to adopt three basic composition rules with the themes of introduction, development and conclusion.
- In the introductory paragraph – the paragraph you will write under the main heading before moving on to the subheading – we always write a text about our main topic. - One of the best things you can do in the development or conclusion part is to add a phrase with a CTA. So a sentence that can call to action would be nice. So what action can you call the reader to:
- If you have a general comment about the article, invite to comment.
- Invitation to comment on a specific part of the topic
- Reading other relevant content
- Encouraging the purchase of the product or service (without linking)
- As stated in article 5, providing internal link flow to our target pages by encouraging the purchase of products or services.
Brand Attributions
If the website/brand on which our content will be published is selling a product or service, we will specify what kind of brand reference will be made in our content detail document. If there will be a service page or category description to which our articles will be added, “sharing information in a straight way” will not be enough for us.
We will expect good references to the brand, the service provided or the products sold. We will expect you to naturally insert these citations into the text.
Keyword Usage
In our content (if we manage the whole process), we offer you one core, that is, the keyword we want to focus on. In addition, we provide side words that can help you while writing the content we call long-tail and will enable you to write a much more successful content in terms of SEO. To explain with an example, if laptop is our basic word; Our side words can be laptop prices, buy laptop, laptop models.
- As stated in our most important item, item 1A, we definitely do not want a low-meaning sentence to add keywords. We do not want to waste time requesting revisions in case of any.
- We want you to add keywords as naturally and appropriately to the text as possible. Each of our sub-headings is usually a keyword and it is basically enough for us to try to pass them naturally in the article.
- We don’t do any compression because our keyword density should be, and we don’t defend that either. It is enough for us to focus on creating natural and beautiful content by spending a little effort to pass the keywords.
- At least in the keyword usage section, we would like to make some humble locations and suggestions for you under this article:

In the content details boxes, we may request references to other articles, categories, products, and services other than the Brand Citations in Article 3. We will be adding the citations we think are appropriate according to these factors to the content detail document.
While writing the topics of the article, you may inevitably touch on the specific subject that we want to be cited, but in some cases, manual attention and processing may be required. In this article, this manual is about doing it if there are situations that require attention and action.
